Our verdicts are informational starting points only — not certified facts, not journalistic reports, not legal conclusions. A "REAL" verdict does not prove truth. A "FAKE" verdict does not prove fabrication.
NewsBuster.AI is an independent AI-assisted fact-checking utility. We are not a news agency, news publisher, news broadcaster, media house, journalist, press body, or editorial organisation of any kind. We do not produce, publish, or originate news content.
Our service analyses claims, text, URLs, and images submitted by users by cross-referencing publicly available information using AI models and web-search technology. All verdicts are algorithmically generated and informational in nature only. They do not constitute journalistic reporting, editorial opinion, legal conclusions, or statements of fact by NewsBuster.AI or any of its founders, employees, or agents.
We do not fact-check based on our own opinions, emotions, political views, or editorial judgement. Our output depends entirely on publicly indexed data at the time of the query. If the internet contains false, biased, or incomplete information about a topic, our verdict may reflect that. We make no claim of infallibility.

You agree that NewsBuster.AI's ability to provide the service may be constrained by law, government direction, regulatory changes, or other external circumstances beyond our control, and that we are not in breach of these Terms in any such case.
You may not use NewsBuster.AI to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All payments for Pro, Annual, or Lifetime plans are final and non-refundable once a subscription is activated. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused checks, or accidental purchases.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only for exceptional circumstances — such as verifiable payment processing errors or duplicate charges. To request a review, email contact@thenewsbuster.com with subject "Refund Request" within 7 days of the charge. Approval is not guaranteed.
Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
When you post a bust to the Buster Feed, you grant NewsBuster.AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content in the app and on our website. You retain ownership and can delete your posts at any time.
Posts must not contain hate speech, personal attacks, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content without notice.
We aim to keep NewsBuster.AI available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions.
NewsBuster.AI and all associated branding, design, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you inside the app before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
